How to get here

Santiago Funicular

Many people ride bikes or take a taxi to the Santiago Funicular Railway, while others use Turistik’s “Hop On – Hop Off” service, but the majority of visitors arrive via car or the metro.

How to get there by metro or car

1

Metro

If traveling by metro, take Line 1 (the red line) and get off at Baquedano Station, Salvador Station or Universidad Católica Station. These are the three closest metro stops to the Santiago Funicular Railway’s Pío Nono Station, the starting point of your experience.
Once you exit the metro station, find Pío Nono Street and walk in the direction of the city’s main attraction, the imposing San Cristóbal Hill. You will pass by the famous Patio Bellavista, a collection of various bars and restaurants, before arriving at our main station.
2

Car

If traveling by car, we recommend that you park on the nearby streets of Bellavista and walk to our location.
